

They're read from your xyz data and are only used to locate the LT entity you're using to display the z coordinate. However how would you do this in Revit? i know you can place a coordinate on an object, but you cant edit that coordinate to make it move the object. point of a block ref (assuming that's what you mean by x and y coordinates) you use the InsertionPoint property.
